Product Series Information
The SASAM® acoustic microscope series was especially designed for life sciences applications. With superior signal to noise ratio and the use of time resolved operation throughout the whole frequency range from 50-2000 MHz it is possible to detect even the very small variations in the local mechanical properties that individual living cells or tissue exhibit. SASAM® technology allows characterization of these variations with a depth resolution of less than 100 nm and lateral resolution of better than 1 µm.
SASAM® IN Series / UR Series
The design of the microscope allows easy addition to upright or inverted optical microscope systems for synchronous optical and acoustic imaging of transparent or opaque samples. This enables the correlation of structural, biochemical and mechanical properties.
SASAM® Lens Series
A wide variety of acoustic transducer systems guarantees the best contrast and sensitivity paired with optimal resolution for the given application.
SASAM® Environment Control
